Several MACs ran the race in the lovely sunshine & perfect running temperatures.
The race is 9.8 miles & 415m of ascent. Starting at Curbar primary school, it loops up onto Curbar Edge, over to the Wellington Monument, drops down into Baslow & returns over underdulating fields back to Curbar.
The winner was Euan Brown from Dark Peak 1:05:17.
1st lady was Philippa Williams 1:07:03.
1st MAC was Ben Meakin (33rd) 1:17:33. Mark Elwis 1:19:46. Scott Thompson 1:28:49. Sarah Witham 1:29:59. Megan Elliott 1:34:45. Dale Peakall 1:39:48.
