For all Matlock Athletic Club members:
The Matlock Athletic Club AGM will be held on Thursday 3 November 2022 at 7.30pm at The Arc Leisure Centre, Matlock (Community Room).
The meeting should last about 1.5 hours. Please do make an effort to attend – it is your Club.
Election of Officers – If you wish to stand for ANY of the Committee posts, please let us know by 23rd October. A number of existing officers (including the secretary and treasurer) have indicated that they are willing to continue in their roles if re-elected.
If you have any matters you wish to put forward for consideration as Agenda items, please also let us know by 23rd October. Please submit your interest or agenda items by email to [email protected].
A copy of the Accounts are available on request; copies will be provided at the AGM and presented by the club treasurer.
