Sunday morning saw one lonely MAC head over to Glossop to run Bleaklow Blitz Fell Race, 7.75 miles and 1500ft elevation on a humid muggy morning with a few spits of rain greeted the 67 runners.
The race starts at Tor side car park with a flat section before joining the Pennine way and climbing up to Bleaklow Head before looping round and rejoining the route before heading back to the Finish, I finished 13th in 1h:18:34.
This is great race and seems quite low key, plus you get a Mug and sweets just for entering
