Two MACs travelled to Capesthorne Hall for The Cheshire Half Marathon.
According to Garmin, the minimum temperature on course was 26 degrees with the highest being 28 degrees.
The course started and finished at Capesthorne Hall with the majority of the flat route on country roads and lanes.
Lottie ChargeFitness took this race as a gentle stroll in readiness for her next Sunday race at Cleethorpes and finished in 1:40:24 and 4th in her category.
Denney Lau went full pelt to finish in 1:35:52, overall 157/1146.
