Dronfield 10k MAC 🎽Road Champs
13 MACs headed to Dronfield to compete in the first road race champs of 2026.
It was a beautiful calm sunny day, one which the Boston twins, Pitkin and Walton wished had been bestowed on them the week before as well!
Reunited just one week later, they were pleased to add another pink t-shirt to their collection, and both again securing PB’s.
The course was a fairly hilly choice, and left a few MAC’s wondering whose great idea this was, particularly Lisa Jones, who was feeling really grateful to complete the event on her Birthday!
In unrelated news, Tom Palfreyman, Men’s Captain and chooser of races, felt the race was a tad hot and hilly!

A cracking effort by all, including Emily Jones who was second female in the junior event. Well done.
