Filey Beach 10k
A trip up to the East Coast on Sunday for some sand miles. A low key race organised by the Filey Lions Club, a great little race for a breath of fresh sea air along the beach of Filey. A simple 5k out, 5k back route. “Not a super duper fast time (36.39) but still pretty chuffed in my advancing years”
Post race recovery walk around the pretty seaside town of Filey was enjoyed with Fish n Chips and then a pint of Blonde Bombshell in the pub.
