Two maccy Mac’s (me and Rob Scriven) took on the Hathersage Hurtle Saturday. It was quite the gruelling affair to run 20 very hilly miles in the heat. Despite the sun gods trying to rid us of our energy, enthusiasm and stomach contents we both finished the race within 3 minutes of each other, and quite comfortably under the 4 hour mark. A “character building” run indeed.
