Holymoorside 10k
Following on from some sterling Junior efforts in the fun run, a handful of seniors popped up on to the moors for the 10k. Superb organisation once again from the Scouts, and an excellent course for setting your one mile PB on the return leg.
Thomas Shaw (unattached) won for the second year in a row, with Hatti Archer of Hallamshire Harriers winning the female race.
For MAC, Robbie Davenport came back in 37th (45:30), with Chris Gillot just behind in 49th (46:51). Sally Owen followed up her efforts at Cressbrook the day before with an outing in 57:23, 150th overall.
Robbie won a natty little trophy for being first junior.
