11 MACS made the medium long loop of Lathkill in the murky mist last weekend.
The route is more like XC or a steeplechase what with all the fields and stiles. Joe Oldfield won and was presented the prize by another Joe Oldfield. Matt was 1st local and myself 1st v50. Everyone was rewarded with a the feeling of a good hard run and maybe tea, cake or a drink from the bar afterwards.
