Dennis Holmes sort of reports… having diligently drafted his weekly write up, he then lost all of the text.
And as we like to say, if at first you don’t succeed, best go to the pub. So here’s a shortened (post Red Lion) summary from this weekend 🙂
So 15 MACS ran 9 events.
Dennis Belbin might have though he had the tourist award in the bag by driving to Glasgow but Kate Ruffell was at the Isle of Bute so she top trumped him and was the only MAC with a greater than 70% age grading.
Other athletes were Simon Fisher who was first finisher at Ashbourne and Roy Austin who was 9th at the very hilly Bestwood park.
