21 MAC “Athletes” completed 11 different parkrun’s today and quite unusually for us we were all in England for once.
Some great results with 6 of us over the 70% age grading and 3 of those achieving higher than 80%!
Starting at the very top, Hayley scored a magnificent 88.77% for 1st lady and 5th overall at Alvaston parkrun.
Luke Beresford led in the trio of athletes who chose Sheffield Millhouses this morning, finishing in a superb 16.45 and 1st place.
Down at Milton Keynes Greg was pipped for 1st place but recorded 16.54 whilst Megan got the ladies victory with 22.13 and 44th overall.
6 MAC’s stayed local at Monsal Trail with the stand out performances being Ayako Yokoyama-Nichols 22.57, 2nd lady finish and a 73.06% age grading whilst Simon Brister recorded another superb 78.84% with a time of 23.38.
Finally, undertaking the quite undulating course at Trentham Gardens today, Kate Ruffell completed our trio of 80% plus runners with an 80.4% and a fantastic time of 23.28!
