Only 13 parkrunners this week to write about possibly due to it being both a Whitworth Thread and a Cross Country weekend. I hope that everyone got out and enjoyed their run.
Leading the line, Gav Elliott was out at Ashbourne having a steady trot around whilst Rob Curtis showed some real pace at Alvaston with an impressive 22.46.
Darren Spibey continues his excellent running with a 20.18 and 8th place finish at Black Rocks.
Sarah Witham also continues her super speedy times with 22.00 at Goole earning a 3rs lady finisher, 27th overall and a very impressive 74.39% age grading.
Dennis Holmes and Lisa Walton have to share the tourist award with a trip to Warsaw and Jablonna parkrun where a slightly long course through the woods robbed Lisa of another sub 30 minute time (She says).
Paul Clark was sole MAC at Monsal Trailw where he ran a very respectable 21.14 for 20th place.
Roy and Sarah Austin were mini tourists in North Wales adding Park in the Past parkrun to out Matlock AC course collection, running times of 25.19 and 31.40 respectively.
Last but not least Malcolm Betts returned to Rother Valley once more and banged out a very respectful time of 25.50 for 149th place and a 64.32% age grading.
