Dennis Holmes reports
27 runners and volunteers at 15 venues is a bumper parkrun turnout for MAC.
Quite a lot of highlights starting at Alvaston where Isabella Wilson churned out another huge age graded score of 73.45% with her 25.33 finish whilst Lisa Walton only missed out on setting her new PB by 3 seconds with her 27.23.
Ian Watson took on the hill at Ashton Court and scored a cracking 20th place finish in 20.04 and a 71.76% age grading.
David Howarth also decided that hills were good taking on Bestwood Village parkrun but Bestwood is a bit of a Beast resulting in a 28.03 for 41st place.
A trio of MACS ran and volunteered at Black Rocks and a quintet at Monsal Trail.
Family Eyers, Heidi and Vicki had great runs at Poolsbrook whilst Christine Howard set the MAC weekend highest age grading score with an amazing 81.21% at Rother Valley Country park.
Lizzy Webster ran a super quick 21.20 at Watermead Country whilst Roy and Sarah Austin made the short trip over to Waverley Lakes to have a bit of a runaround and show off their new MAC 50 year anniversary hoodies.
