21 MAC participants across 13 venues with some great performances across the whole age range and genders shows the strength and depth of Matlock AC 5k talent! For the Girls, Sarah Witham grabbed the 2nd place at Abbey Park whilst Kate Ruffell went one better at Baysgarth Park. For the boys, William Croft ran 17.37 at Poolsbrook to secure his first finisher spot whilst Luke Beresford did the same at Evesham just 8 seconds slower with a 17.45. Other notable performances were Simon Crofts 22.26 at Poolsbrook giving him an age grading of 72.73% whilst Damon Harrison at Monsal Trail also achieved an age grading above 70% with a time of 19.28.
