Jon Tyson has been spotted completing a rare parkrun outing this weekend down at Ganger Farm in Hampshire where his dodgy knee did not seem to have slowed him down too much completing the 5k in a respectable 25.53.
Run of the day was Harry Holmes with 16.20 and first finisher at Monsal Trail scoring 80.31% age grading.
Paul Clark returned to Moors Valley parkrun and ran a great 20.40 for 22nd place.

Dennis Holmes and Lisa Walton returned to Queens Belfast for that all important “Q” having previously being frozen off in January this time just a bit of rain to keep them cool.
