17 runners and volunteers across 10 different venues saw our hard core parkrun crew out and about spread around the country.
Beccy and Rob both had good runs at Alvaston with times of 22.03 and 22.13 gaining Beccy 3rd lady and a 70% age grading whilst Robs was only decimal places below this mark. Lisa Walton extended her sub 30 minute run streak to 5 weeks whilst improving her current time down to 28.43.
Black Rocks was again our most populous venue with 4 MACS but it was Sally Owen who excelled with a run of 26.02 and a new PB!
Cherry Moger added Heritage Coastal Path, Easington to our list of parkrun venues which probably gives her the tourist of the week award.
Roy Austin had a tidy run over at Mansfield with a time of 24.19 for 24th position.
Paul Clark posted a 21.36 for 21st place at Monsal Trail with Tessa Jackson recording 35.51 for 199th.
David Howarth paid a visit to Pavilion Gardens, Buxton where he ran a comfortable 25.06 for 83rd place.
Sarah Witham maintains her impressive run of form with a 22.50 at Pontefract racecourse earning her 1st lady finisher and a 71.68% age grading!
Last but not least, Malcolm Betts, made the short trip to Rother Valley and completed the single lap course in a time of 26.21 to get 198th position in this very popular venue.
