On a day when so many Parkrun’s cancelled I have only been able to spot 7 MACS who braved the cold.
Luke Beresford, heavily hung over had a shocker at Shipley park.
Rob and Sarah Witham were obviously in perfect harmony at Poolsbrook whilst at Bramshall, Lisa Walton, Jay Bird and Dennis Holmes were in action, with Jay Bird despite suffering from a Brass Band related hangover beating Dennis Holmes in a sprint quite convincingly!
