Our penultimate venue this week is also the pretty local Shipley Country parkrun, imfamous for its double hill where Cherry Moger ran a fine 24.54 for 44th place.
And finally, 2 MAC’s decided that they also wanted to run hills at parkrun this weekend so made the short trip to Sheffield Castle parkrun. For the boys, Jon Tyson completed the 3 lap undulator in an excellent 24.25 for 40th place whilst for the girls, Jo Lloyd ran a not too shabby 29.44 for 94th position.
