A very brief report this week as the author is out travelling with no laptop and intermittent wi-fi.
Some great running especially by the juniors and younger folks.
Heidi Eyers 24.03 at Shipley Country Park is a cracking time on such a hilly course.
Misha Kalasanyk also ran a 24.26 on the less Gilly but more muddy course at Ashbourne.
It is great to see a full set of Flitters taking part at Black Rocks.
For the oldies, Jon Tyson made an appearance at Tamar Lakes whilst Kate Ruffell was at Sandringham.
For the “middle aged” Cherry Moger had a good run at Happy Valley on Cyprus which gives her this weeks tourist award whilst Darren Spibey ran an impressive 19.53 for 6th place at Monsal Trail.
