Dennis Holmes regained his tourist trophy with a trip to Kiwanis parkrun, London Ontario which will be the first of 3 Canadian runs over the period of the Canadian National day week.
Sarah Witham was back in the lakes, this time at Lancaster running a tidy 25.25 for 12th place whilst Josh Willis was another solo MAC much closer to home at Markeaton park.
Only 2 MACS were at Monsal Trail with Chris Gillott’s 21.44 being good enough for 23rd place and a 71.32% age grading.
Greg had a stroll around Pavilion Gardens with Roy and Sarah doing the same at Sherwood Pines.
Sam Thompson put in the performance of the day with a 18.57 first finisher down at Trelissick parkrun in Cornwall where dad Scott made up the numbers with his 25.12 and 38th place finish.
