I was out running today too – although not in club colours this time. I did the Rasselbock Marathon (& Half) at Sherwood Pines. An awesome but fairly challenging route in the depths of the forest avoiding the main cycle paths. I almost fell over with surprise (and wobbly legs) when the marshal at 25 miles told me I was 4th female! 😱 brilliant event, the organisation and atmosphere were faultless. Ada begged me to do the post race ice bath, which actually felt amazing.
