Redbrik Foundation Chesterfield 10k Report:
On Sunday 24th March a quartet of our runners ran the Redbrik Foundation Chesterfield 10k on a beautiful glorious sunny morning joined with over thousand runners.
The route starts and finishes in Queens Park the course leads the runners through Chesterfield, then towards Brampton and Ashgate via Chatsworth Road. It is centred in the heart of Chesterfield taking in major landmarks such as the town’s famous crooked Spire.
As its name suggests, the Redbrik Foundation is once again the title partner of the 10k event, alongside other charity partners Ashgate Hospice, Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice and Cavendish Cancer Care. To date, the event has raised over £220,000 for several charities and good causes.
