Today (Sunday morning)I set out to do Fradley 10k. It’s a pretty flat course which consisted of 2 laps around the outskirts of the village.
My goal was to get my first sub 40 which I managed. Coming home in 31st with a time of 38:53 which I was over the moon with.
Winner was Peter Ball 34:14 from Bromsgrove & Redditch AC
First Lady was Tamara Freeman 37:27 also from Bromsgrove & Redditch AC
