Here is the table of runners and riders today but more comments will come later/tomorrow as I am off out to celebrate Chinese New Year.
Where are all the youngsters this week? All runners with age gradings higher than the magic 70% are over 40 years of age with some approaching the double of this!
I thought that I had the tourist award in the bag but Megan has stolen it from me and she had a cracking run at Bolberry Down with first lady finisher and 11th place over all.
Hope to see some of you MACs at XC in the morning where it promises to be a mud bath I think.
