On Saturday MAC’s Billy Cartwright represented UK in the Short Trail Running Champs (38k/2,400m+)
Beginning with a 1,000m climb to Ban Kuhn Chang Khian, the finish line of Friday’s uphill race. Billy came 25th with his UK team taking bronze.
George Foster represented UK in the Long Trail Running Champs (78k/4,800m+). George came 34th.
Dan Haworth was 41st in the Uphill Champs on Friday with his UK team achieving 5th place. It was hot and humid in Chiang Mai as athletes took on the 8.5k/1,065 m+ uphill challenge.
