Saturday morning saw a Bakers Dozen of Macs run the Baslow Bolt fell race taking in 7.5 miles and 1300ft elevation, Starting in the Church yard nestled between the Headstones leads to a mad dash to the first stile at about 400m, after this it follows fields and woodland before reaching Curbar where the climb starts at Cliff college and heads upto Curbar gap before following the Baslow Edge and then a mad dash down Bar road to finish at the School.
First Mac home was Greg Hopkinson in 2nd place, Rich Bradbury in 11th and 2nd V50, Simon Hoggart, Hayley Gill fresh from her Derby 10 mile win last weekend took 1st Lady by a mere second, Bob Foreman 1st V 60, John Thorpe, David Robertson, Chris Gillott, Mark Moriarty, Tom Withers, Kate Ruffell, Megan Elliott and Sally Owen rounded out the Macs,
